Support Policy

Support Policy/ Forum Guidelines

Support Scope:
Theme support covers bug fixes, how to use theme features, and info on getting set up(this does not include installation).
Support does not cover code customizations or 3rd party plugins, support may be provided for minor css changes at the discreation of the support staff/member.

If you need customizations beyond the scope of support, a “Hire A Freelancer” section has been set up for you to find others familiar with the theme(s).

Support Schedule:
Support is provided Mon-Fri except for holidays, response times vary.

Before Posting:
1) Make sure if you checked the theme’s documentation, the forum’s FAQ’s and have used the site’s search feature as you may find the answer already there.

2) Please don’t post on already solved topics with questions/support needs, create a new topic instead.

3) When creating a topic, include a link to your website, screenshots, attachments when necessary.

4) “Bumping” If you feel like your question/issue was missed, please bump it up so I can take care of you..

5) Please be respectful to other forum users and support staff.
